These sessions are designed as a midweek pause - a chance to step out of momentum and reconnect with yourself. This evening sound bath supports nervous system regulation and mental unwinding, using crystal bowls, gongs and gentle instruments to help release built-up tension. As the sound settles, the body and mind are given space to recalibrate, leaving you feeling calmer, clearer and more balanced for the rest of the week.

Please wear comfy clothing, a yoga mat will be provided but please bring your own water, and anything else that helps you feel relaxed - a blanket, pillow, or eye mask are all lovely additions.
