For anyone who wants a quieter, more personalised reset my 1:1 sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you’re at - creating a calm, personal space for you to soften, reset, and reconnect.

I’ll tailor the session to how you’re feeling and what you’re moving through, choosing instruments that best support you. As the sound washes over you, your body can fully unwind, helping stress melt away and leaving you steadier, clearer, and more at ease.

Sessions are available at Alcheme, or I can come to you if you’re based in SW London or Surrey.

Friday Mornings: Rise, Restore + Reset Sound Bath - Alcheme

Every other Friday morning I will be hosting these sessions so you can close out your week with calm and clarity. This morning sound bath is designed to gently awaken and restore balance in both body and mind using crystal bowls, gongs, and gentle instruments. As sound vibrations wash over you, stress dissolves, leaving you grounded, refreshed, and ready to step into the weekend with ease.

As I’m new to the area, I’m offering a special launch price while we begin to grow this community of rest and connection ✨

Location: Alcheme Wellbeing 23-25 Brighton Rd, Surbiton KT6 5LR

Please wear comfy clothing, a yoga mat will be provided but please bring your own water, and anything else that helps you feel relaxed - a blanket, pillow, or eye mask are all lovely additions.

Sound healing is not recommended if you’re in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, seizures, metal implants, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. Please check with your doctor if uncertain.
