For anyone who wants a quieter, more personalised reset my 1:1 sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you’re at - creating a calm, personal space for you to soften, reset, and reconnect.

I’ll tailor the session to how you’re feeling and what you’re moving through, choosing instruments that best support you. As the sound washes over you, your body can fully unwind, helping stress melt away and leaving you steadier, clearer, and more at ease.

Sessions are available at Alcheme, or I can come to you if you’re based in SW London or Surrey.

Wednesday Evening Sound Bath Sessions | PS Spaces Wimbledon

Location: PS Studios, 12-14 Hartfield Road, Wimbledon, SW19 3TA
When: Every other Wednesday evening

These sessions are designed as a midweek pause - a chance to step out of momentum and reconnect with yourself. This evening sound bath supports nervous system regulation and mental unwinding, using crystal bowls, gongs and gentle instruments to help release built-up tension. As the sound settles, the body and mind are given space to recalibrate, leaving you feeling calmer, clearer and more balanced for the rest of the week.

As I’m new to the area, I’m offering a special launch price ✨

Please wear comfy clothing, a yoga mat will be provided but please bring your own water, and anything else that helps you feel relaxed - a blanket, pillow, or eye mask are all lovely additions.

Sound healing is not recommended if you’re in the first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, seizures, metal implants, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. Please check with your doctor if uncertain.

Friday Morning Sound Bath Sessions | Alcheme Surbiton

This morning sound bath gently restores balance in both body and mind, using crystal bowls, gongs and soft instruments to ease tension and bring a sense of steadiness. As the sound moves through you, stress softens, leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed and ready to step into the weekend with ease.

A morning of practical psychology tools + a full nervous system reset via sound bath to give your mind answers and your body a real rest.

Your mind is always on. Planning, processing, problem-solving - even when you're supposed to be switching off. Over time, that constant noise takes a toll, and no amount of scrolling or sleeping it off quite cuts through it.

The Pause is a two-part live experience designed to help you actually reset - not just rest.

Part One: The Psychology with Self Work Studios
We explore the psychology behind why your mind overthinks, why burnout creeps up on you, and why self-criticism is so hard to shake. Then we give you practical tools drawn from CFT and CBT to help you work with your mind, not against it.

Part Two: The Sound Bath
Then, a full-body sound bath - using a gong, singing bowls and chimes to gently access your soothing system, easing your body out of fight or flight and into a deep state of rest, so your body can reset, restore and rebalance.

If you're someone who knows all the things you should be doing - and still can't seem to stop the spiral then this session is for you. No experience needed, just come as you are and leave feeling like yourself again.

This was my first sound bath with Lucia and it won’t be my last. The space was large, warm and perfect for the event. The mats were so comfortable and not flimsy which is so important! The sounds were amazing and I drifted off very easily. After the session I felt the most amazing sense of calm and I had the best nights sleep! I look forward to booking in again for the next one! 🧡
